Emma is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations, developing insightful financial analysis and maintaining best practices to ensure the best returns for the business.

Prior to Lexsynergy, Emma qualified as an accountant with AAT. Drawn in by the analytical approaches and the challenges that come with the nature of the field, Emma has previously lead a finance team as Head of Commercial Finance, creating bespoke CRM systems that helped drive performance.

Outside of Lexsynergy, Emma can be often found spending time with her children, exploring new places and travelling to new countries. When not with her children, Emma fulfils her passion for Scuba Diving and is now a qualified Advanced open water scuba diver looking to dive in new places across the world!
