Cooking class
Spice up your teambuilding events with a hands-on cookery class. Last year we took both our UK and ZA teams to a cooking class. Both were a fantastic experience and offer a great chance for your team to grow their culinary skills to impress loved ones back home.
Lexsynergy’s Finance Manager Emma O’Hare had this to say “Taking part in Lexsynergy's social events is such a great experience, to have an opportunity to put work aside and get to know each other and interact with people from different teams that ordinarily I may not get the opportunity to get to know is so positive. Taking part in the cookery class social, was so much fun, and taught me how to use a knife properly at the age of 33!”
Painting Workshops
Paint with all the colours of the wind, in a creative oriented Painting Workshop. Let your team see their work come to life from a whole new perspective.
As Lexsynergy’s resident gamer, Jonty Segal expressed, “The art jamming teambuilding was extremely cathartic and enjoyable. Painting and art are something I have always considered beyond my abilities, but the environment and company spurred me on to give it a good shot. I am extremely proud of the fruits of the labour of love that was the teambuilding task. I appreciate the platform to try new things surrounded by people who genuinely want to see me succeed.”
Our Brand Protection Specialist, Storm Witney also had something to say about the event, "This painting team building event was a wonderful way to see another side of my colleagues; seeing their creativity and working together to create a really stunning artwork. It truly is something we are all proud to see on the wall at the office and it seems like an apt symbol of how our team's individual efforts contribute to a beautiful whole finished product.”
Scavenger Hunt
Bring teamwork and adventure to your group with a scavenger hunt. The hunt is not just a search for clues, it is a journey of collaboration and problem-solving. Throw a little competition into the mix with a Grand Prize for the winners to get the adrenaline pumping.
Daniel Collings, Lexsynergy Developer had this to say on our latest events “I always come away from the team building events feeling rejuvenated and part of a special team. Last year we split into small teams and took part in a competitive scavenger hunt. Each team was driven to be the first to complete hunt and finish before the time was up - great fun!”
Go Karting
Swap the fast-paced life at work for a fast-paced life on the tracks and test the waters with some real racing. Go Karting is another great opportunity for the whole team to unleash their inner Lightening McQueen. However, it is time we took things one step further. We are thrilled to announce a significant milestone in our teambuilding journey, Lexsynergy team building events are going international and touching base in Amsterdam this March! This trip is more than exploring a new city, it is about cultivating our global perspective, fostering deeper connections within our team, and setting the stage for a future where we will continue to grow, innovate and lead with synergy. We cannot wait for this one...
