We are looking for someone to play a key role in developing and progressing our new business channel.
This is a hands on role. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building pipeline, and contributing to a consistent and effective approach to new business development.
You will work closely with Tom Kinstler, our Chief Relationship Officer and the wider team to further define and refine our new business strategy, including the approach to prospecting, qualifying tracking and managing opportunities.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day new business activity, while helping to evolve and improve how the channel operates in a way that is practical, aligned, and sustainable.
This role offers a clear long-term career path as performance is demonstrated and the approach becomes more established and scalable; there will be opportunities to expand responsibilities.
