Registrants must meet at least one of the following criteria
- An organisation with its registered office or a secondary establishment in Corsica.
- An organisation with its registered office outside Corsica or no secondary establishment registered in Corsica, but which would like to protect its trademark from being registered by a third party (i.e. for defensive registration purposes, with no intention of using the domain name)
- An individual with a valid postal address in Corsica
- An individual who can prove a direct or indirect link (whether economic, social, cultural, family, historical or other) with Corsica
General remarks
In addition to the criteria stated above, if the Registrant creates a website with the .corsica domain name, the Registrant is required to create and maintain at least one page in the Corsican language.
