General remarks
Registering and renewing a .COURSES domain name is open to any interested party. All domain names and their subsequent use must be consistent with the mission and purpose of the TLD as determined by the registry at their sole and absolute discretion.
There will be no prerequisite for an Applicant to demonstrate eligibility when applying for a domain name in the TLD; however, an Applicant must:
- provide true and accurate details and information about itself at the time of Application for, and registration of, the domain name
- provide to their Registrar updated details and information as soon as practicable when information about the Registrant changes, and in any case no greater than 14 days from such change
Monitoring of Domain Name
The registry may request that the Registrant provide information to demonstrate compliance and maintain its eligibility. In such cases, the Registrant must respond to our request within 14 calendar days. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or deletion of the domain name in the registry’s absolute discretion
Reserved domain names
