Eligibility Requirements

All .vuelos Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Own and/or operate an airline or online travel agency that is either headquartered in Uruguay or has companies and/or Affiliates incorporated in Uruguay as verified and determined by the Registry in its sole and exclusive right; and
2. Have a clear and meaningful nexus with the Uruguayan and Latin American air travel industry; and
3. Select a domain name that corresponds with the Name Selection Requirements (defined below); and
4. Possess a bona fide intention to use the domain name in supporting the purpose and mission of the TLD and the Latina Americana air travel industry

General remarks

Name Selection Policy
All domain names sought by applicants must correspond to the Applicant’s company name(s), trademark(s), trade name(s) or service mark(s), product(s) or product category. Acceptable domain names may feature additional words attached to and/or included within the eligible company name(s) trademark(s), trade name(s) or service mark(s), product(s) or product category.

Registration Requirements
At the time of applying to register an available domain name, the Registry, at its sole discretion, may require the applicant to submit materials demonstrating that they meet the Eligibility Requirements.

.vuelos domain names must show accurate Registrant data. Therefore, Whois Privacy is not allowed.

Reserved domain names

Some domain names are reserved names; these are names which are ineligible for registration due to ICANN restrictions or Registry Operator designation. Certain Domain names have been classified as Premium and will be sold at higher prices. If you wish to apply for a Premium domain name, please email support@lexsynergy.com to process your application.
