
Matthieu Aubert joins Lexsynergy as Chief Strategy & Advisory Officer, bringing deep expertise and a client-first approach to domain and online brand protection strategy. Trained as an intellectual property lawyer, he brings nearly two decades of experience in the domain industry, supporting global organisations as they navigate complex digital and domain environments.
Throughout his career, Matthieu has held senior leadership roles across legal, advisory and strategic functions. He has led multidisciplinary teams, including online brand protection specialists, account management and sales teams, as well as technical teams, and has overseen complex, cross-functional projects. His work focuses on aligning business objectives, risk management and execution to deliver practical and scalable advisory solutions.
A French native based in Marseille, Matthieu works closely with brand owners, as well as partners and resellers, alongside legal teams and internal stakeholders, to shape strategies that protect digital identities, support business growth and reduce risk across global domain portfolios.
Outside of Lexsynergy, Matthieu enjoys travelling and engaging with different cultures, is passionate about skiing and board sports, and has a strong interest in music. He also values time spent with family and friends and discovering great food along the way. Known for his calm and considered approach, he brings clarity and direction to both clients and teams.
