The new gTLD prioritization draw was held on 17 December 2012 in Los Angeles.

The purpose of the draw was to assign a number to each new gTLD application.

The draw results determine the order in which an application will move through the various stages of the new gTLD program.

Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) were give priority so .天主教 (.catholic) is at number 1 while .mba is last at number 1917.
