New European Union (EU) VAT Regulation
A New EU VAT regulation, which came into effect on 1 January 2015, requires us to charge VAT at the rate where our client is based within the EU if they are not VAT registered. If you are registered for VAT, within the EU but outside the UK, VAT will not be charged. This change only affects clients within the EU. If you are registered for VAT we ask that you check your account to ensure that your VAT number has been added to your billing information.
