Donuts completed the acquisition of Rightside at the end of July. At this time, they announced that their DPML offerings would merge into one. We have outlined the four scenarios that characterize all DPML customers and how this merger will affect each one. 1. Holders of a Donuts DPML and DPML Plus have already been given coverage for the 40 Rightside TLDs AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. 
2. Holders of a Rightside DPML and Donuts legacy DPML will continue to be covered as follows: 

• Donuts will honor the later expiration date, between the Donuts and Rightside blocks
• Rightside blocks will maintain premium coverage in the 40 Rightside TLDs, but only until the expiration date of the Rightside DPML block
• Variants that exist in Rightside’s environment will be migrated as distinct legacy DPML registrations across the Donuts TLDs
• Variants will maintain premium coverage in the 40 Rightside TLDs, but only until the expiration date of the Rightside DPML
• Donuts TLDs included in the Donuts legacy DPML block remain under Donuts DPML terms and will not include premium coverage
• DPML purchased via two separate registrars will remain with the registrar that facilitated the Donuts block

Holders of a Rightside and Donuts DPML Plus block will becovered as follows: 

• Donuts will honor the later expiration date between the Donuts DPML Plus and Rightside blocks
• Variants that exist in Rightside’s environment will be migrated to a variant of the Donuts Plus block and include premium coverage under all 238 TLDs
• DPML blocks purchased via two separate registrars will remain with the registrar that facilitated the Donuts block

Holders of Rightside DPML only: 

• Will be honored on the 40 Rightside TLDs through the Rightside block’s expiration date

Rightside DPML cannot be renewed, so subscribers are encouraged to purchase a Donuts DPML to cover all 238 TLDs.
